Coming from a dance background we have both benefitted from the Pilates method. But for us in certain areas we needed more which is how we came to fusing Pilates and dance to come up with our own workout style.
Our multi move exercises will keep muscles long and lean, there is no danger with you will bulk up and loose flexibility. Our influence has come from the technique of ballet, fluidity of contemporary/jazz and the strengthening of Pilates.
With our Get Dance Fit programme, the aim is to improve your motor skills, flexibility, posture and strength. This combination makes Get Dance Fit a practical exercise regime making everyday tasks easier by improving your natural facility, all while creating that lean dancer’s physique.
