Training

What you want to achieve, dictates how you will need to train.   There is no one size fits all approach when taking on new clients, our one to one personal sessions are just that, personal and tailor made to suit your needs.

We want to make your dream body become a reality.  If you have previous failures or bad experiences with exercise we want to work with you to make sure that those previous experiences will stay in the past.  Our aim is to give you  a new experience with fitness, something that you can benefit from and enjoy.

We will give you a structured plan of  attack with goals aimed to keeping you motivated to make that dream body become a reality.

Tools of our Trade

We use many styles of exercise for our different clients, using band resistant training, free weight, ankle/wrist weights and body weight exercises.  Whether its through high intensity interval training or our dance cardio class, we’ve got a fun alternative to burn those calories and get you all sweaty.  Strength, fitness or endurance, whatever your goal  joint experience and versatility can help you achieve the physique you dream of.

Our vision to improve your  motor skills, flexibility, posture and strength is what sets us apart form the rest. At Hayley and Chris we look at the whole picture, creating a practical exercise regime aimed at improving our natural facility.   Its all about balance, we believe element of fitness is as important as the next.  A balanced, but varied workout is vital, and with our method of training that’s what you will get.

We believe that dreams and ambition creates positivity, motivating us in life. Determination, perseverance and persistence breeds results and the benefit of reward. This mantra can be put to anything, especially when it comes to achieving your own personal goals in fitness.

Goal setting is an essential part of fitness. You need a plan of attack! Goals are dreams with deadlines, the more detailed and structured our goals are the more likely we are to achieve them.

Find your motivation. Why are you dong it and who are you doing it for?  When you find the answer, use this as motivation during every workout.

Now we need a positive mindset. From now on, don’t think of exercise as some sort of punishment.  You are treating your body, the health benefits and true boost in confidence you will feel are going to be a blessing.

Now you need a fitness program that will send you on the right path, keep you motivated and ultimately see the results you desire and that where we come in.

Get Dance Fit

Our “Get Dance Fit Method”  will help you achieve a dancers physique.  So lets dance!

Coming from a dance background we have both benefitted from the Pilates method.  But for us in certain areas we needed more which is how we came to fusing Pilates and dance to come up with our own workout style.

Our multi move exercises will keep muscles long and lean, there is no danger with you will bulk up and loose flexibility. Our influence has come from the technique of ballet, fluidity of contemporary/jazz and the strengthening of Pilates.

With our Get Dance Fit programme, the aim is to improve your  motor skills, flexibility, posture and strength.  This combination makes Get Dance Fit a practical exercise regime making everyday tasks easier by improving your natural facility, all while creating that lean dancer’s physique.
